FS - Film personnel

Like a clock, all departments and employees on the set must work perfectly together to ensure a successful shooting day.

For this reason, we provide a coordinator for each production who participates in the technical inspections and briefings, to then guarantee the professionalism of our employees on the set and to ensure that our employees fit perfectly into this clock.

Coordinator

A coordinator takes part in briefings and site inspections in advance and, if desired, supports the planning based on years of personal experience as a barricade worker. He/she advises the production management team in the planning of the barricades.

By participating in the deployment meetings and site inspections, he/she knows exactly what to expect for the personnel, can make the allocation of employees in advance, and thus simplify the tasks for the production management. During filming, he/she supports the production management by coordinating the barricade workers and blockers. He/she is responsible for the entire FS – team on set.

Supervisor

In large projects, supervisors are essential! They take on leadership, care, and support for a team of barricade workers and blockers. They form the link to the coordinator and thus also the production management.

Barricade worker

Traffic control officers, also known as “barricade workers,” have great responsibilities on set. Their task is to stop or redirect multi-lane traffic. This task requires not only special training, but also the highest concentration. Our barricade workers have years of experience and have already worked countless hours on film sets. They are already known in the industry and can quickly integrate as part of the team on set.

Blocker

A “blocker” typically requires the most patience on set. The job is to politely stop or redirect pedestrians and single-lane traffic during filming. A blocker must always be friendly and attentive and have excellent social and communication skills – keyword: de-escalation. Only then can the production be represented professionally and friendly to the outside.

Team assistance

Our team assistants are everywhere they are needed. They are fit, strong and do not shy away from physical strain. No matter which department: costume, lighting, wardrobe or the production team – they eagerly help out and assist in getting the job done quickly.

Set Runner

Film is their passion. They love being on set and assist the production team in all areas with foresight. Our set runners are young and dedicated individuals who are happy to assist the film team with both big and small tasks. They are among the first people to arrive on set and the last to leave. They help and pitch in wherever it is needed.

VIP - chauffeurs

Our VIP chauffeurs are highly competent, experienced, and responsible.

Production drivers with a "B" license

Experienced drivers with a Class B license to drive vehicles with a maximum permissible total weight of 3.5 tons.

Production drivers with a "C" license

Experienced drivers with a Class C license to drive vehicles with a maximum permissible total weight of 7.5 tons.

Set security

The equipment on set, such as cameras, lighting equipment, props, sound equipment, and much more, is not only very valuable but also essential for filming. Set security not only ensures that nothing is stolen, but also that no one damages the equipment.

Fleet security

Every set and production has a fleet. We supervise the vehicles and ensure that no damage occurs. We also ensure that the cargo is safely stored and not stolen.

No parking enforcement

Especially during filming in large cities, it is essential to have enough parking spaces for the production and its vehicles. Unfortunately, it happens again and again that vehicles are parked in the no parking zone of the production despite the no parking signs. This can lead to significant delays in filming. For this reason, our employees take over the enforcement of the no parking zones and ensure that no one parks a vehicle in the no parking zones without authorization.

Covid Marshal

A Covid Marshal ensures compliance with COVID-19 health and safety protocols prescribed by the production. The person assigned to this area politely and firmly demands compliance with the measures from the team.
